Key to this is Marquee’s legendary VIP table and bottle service that takes clubbing to the next level, an experience synonymous with the glamour of Las Vegas super-clubs.
Whilst at Marquee my role as VIP Manager was to bring a world-class nightclub experience to Sydney. Offering impeccable customer service coupled with attention to detail. Taking responsibility for sourcing, booking and hosting VIP groups, building and maintaining a pool of clients, adhering to KPI's, administration and hosting events.
Some highlights while at Marquee, Sydney's premiere nightclub, include:
Hosting VIPs, celebrities and international DJs such as Calvin Harris and Tiesto. Also hosting "high rollers" from The Star Casino.
Building relationships with clients such as American Express to liaise with their Black AMEX cardholders.
Taking the lead on the promotion of the "Block Party" concept, which identified Marquee as a great location for "after work drinks" with an outcome of hundreds of RSVPs.
Developing & maintaining partnership with hotel groups such as Merivale, 8 Hotels and Carlson Rezidor Group.
Conducting outreach programs to maintain a pool of clients across various industries.
Promoting the venue and events through The CR Project database and VIP network.
